HOMEX (operated by homex inc.) is a condo rental management platform serving Metro Manila, Philippines. We connect tenants, landlords, and agents to list properties, manage leases, and track rent. Our website is www.homex.ph.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email, phone, and role (tenant, landlord, agent, admin). This is entered by an admin or agent when creating a lease/unit, or provisioned automatically by the system.
  • Property & lease data: buildings, units, leases, and rent records you or your agent enter.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, interactions, device/browser type, and approximate location collected via Google Analytics.
  • Communications: messages, inquiries, or emails you send us.

3. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand site usage and improve our service. GA4 sets first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_XXXX) in your browser to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or opt out using Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve our platform and services;
  • Match units and leases between tenants, landlords, and agents;

We only share information when necessary: to complete a lease we show the relevant details to the associated landlord, tenant, or agent; we share the minimum data required with service providers (email delivery, hosting). We do not sell your personal data.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, for a maximum period of one (1) year. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.
