Why we built HOMEX — and where we're going
HOMEX was born from a simple observation: managing rental properties in Metro Manila is fragmented, paper-heavy, and stressful. Landlords chase tenants for rent, agents juggle spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups, and tenants never know when rent is due or whether their payment went through.
We set out to build a single platform that connects agents, landlords, and tenants in real time — automating rent tracking, payment reminders, and communication so everyone stays on the same page without the chaos.
Today, HOMEX powers condo rentals across 11 cities in Metro Manila. We help property professionals manage thousands of units, collect rent on time, and deliver a seamless experience for tenants — all from one dashboard.
